About Me

I am Pamela - a registered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol) with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), an accredited coach and NLP Practitioner.

Working as a trilingual (German, English and Bengali) psychologist for the past ten years has allowed me to gain insight into so many fascinating business cultures, industries and especially people. Understanding individuals and finding out what makes them tick is my goal in life.

I am certified in a number of major psychometric instruments (the Myers-Briggs Company and Korn Ferry/Hay Group assessment suite) and also apply a number of psychological principles (Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Time to Think, Gestalt) in the work I deliver.
