Coaching is an excellent way of developing individuals, increasing their self-awareness within their current roles and maximising their true potential. We offer customised coaching and development programmes for individuals which can include using a mixture of diagnostic tools, discussion and feedback to plan a unique coaching path tailored to them. Our programmes are designed to maximise strengths and transfer those into areas of development.

TEAM COACHING
Successful team performance depends on the trusting working relationships amongst individuals. Therefore it is so important that time is invested to nurture these relationships and develop them further to enhance team performance. As part of team development we offer coaching to a small group of people in order to ensure long lasting changes in the teams’ behaviour. Sessions can be between 1 – 6 over a 6-10 month period but could be delivered flexibly depending on your needs.
